August in Providence/Boston π
Booking, new flash, birthday, + more! ππΌ
Hi everyone!
Last month has strangely felt so so so busy, and my body feels so so so tired, but Iβm afraid I donβt have much to show! Many things are currently work in progress, and Iβm moving at what feels like a glacial pace. Here are the things I do have:
NEW FLASH + BOOKING INFO:
My August books are now open! Iβm taking a week of for my birthday. One of my friends and dear roommates got me this book from the RISD library that is entirely full page prints of fish x-rays, so lately Iβve been drawing lots of fish x-rays!
I was so happy about the reaction to the ant designs from last month! These ants have been bringing me so much joy lately. I want to start tattooing them freehand, and in all kinds of orientation. If you want a wrapping ant arm piece, let me know <3 <3
This is all the flash I have left:

Some of these are only repeatable once more!
BOSTON GUEST SPOT:
Iβm planning a very short and sweet guest spot in Boston next month! Iβm still getting some dates and details finalized, but it is looking like itβll be the last week of August (tentatively, 8/26-8/29)!
EUROPE TRIP:
Iβm planning a pretty comprehensive trip to Europe this September/October. The dates I have finalized are:
London: ???
Paris: ???
Brussels: 8/1, 8/2
Amsterdam: 8/6, 8/7
Iβm so so so psyched! This will be my first solo trip overseas <3 if you have any tips or recommendations, Iβd be so happy to know!
BIRTHDAY MONTH:
Itβs my birthday next month! Iβll be turning 25! Yippee for full frontal lobe development! I hope itβs always this frightening to pass through your first quarter century. Lately Iβve been feeling more unstable than ever.. BIG shoutout to all my 35+ clients for their lovely and grounding perspectives. Crossing my fingers for a wonderful 25 <3
AT HOME:
This is a watermelon I bought at Market Basket! I consider myself a very seasoned purveyor of watermelon. I have been knocking on watermelon for the whole 24 years of my life. Truly, I knocked on every single melon they had! I held back the watermelon line for 5 minutes! It was so gorgeous (very baroque) but so very unpleasant to eat. You may recognize it from my flash!
And my toe : )
The following pictures are: some dumplings my dear friend Julie made for me! (I ate them right before I wrote this Substack) and this is a picture of me and a GINORMOUS painting my dear friend Eli made of us! Iβm so grateful for the lovely lovely people around me <3 I wish I could kiss them all!

I had to say goodbye to my (now long distance) partner last week! (π₯²) These are some of the last pics we got together.

Thatβs all for now! Thanks for reading this far <3 Sub to my stack to keep in touch!
